Baseline notice: This local page is based on the Terms and Conditions + Privacy Policy recovered by Ron. It is prepared for review and is not legal advice or a claim of legal perfection.
1. About the apps
Melyoratio provides practical mobile utilities. Tally Counter is intended for personal counting, labels, and everyday organisation. Users remain responsible for the content they enter and for independently checking important results.
2. Use of apps and acceptable use
You must not use an app for unlawful activity, fraud, harassment, infringement, or to interfere with the app or another person's device. Do not use Tally Counter as the sole basis for medical, legal, financial, safety-critical, or other high-consequence decisions.
3. Device permissions, user-created content and local operation
Tally Counter's core local operation does not require microphone access. Any device permissions introduced by a future release must be disclosed and reviewed before release. Users may create counter names, labels, and values. The inspected core app stores this content locally and does not require an account or cloud service. You are responsible for keeping backups of information that matters to you.
4. Advertisements and third-party services
The current Tally preparation contains Google Mobile Ads (Google AdMob) test integration only. Production advertising, if separately approved later, may involve third-party services and requires matching privacy, consent, Data Safety, and app-ads.txt review. Do not misuse advertising, attempt to manipulate ad activity, or interfere with third-party services.
5. Availability and changes
Melyoratio may update, improve, suspend, or discontinue an app. Local storage, operating-system behavior, device loss, updates, or app removal may affect access to local content. No uninterrupted availability or retention guarantee is made by this draft.
6. Intellectual property
The app, branding, text, and design are provided by or for Melyoratio unless stated otherwise. These terms do not transfer ownership of Melyoratio materials.
7. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The apps are provided as practical utilities and should be used with reasonable care. To the extent permitted by law, Melyoratio is not responsible for loss caused by reliance on an app for a high-consequence decision, loss of locally stored data, device failure, or third-party service behavior.
8. Governing law and disputes
These terms are intended to be governed by Belgian law, subject to mandatory protections that apply to consumers. Disputes should first be raised with Melyoratio so the parties can try to resolve them informally. Where an informal resolution is not possible, the competent Belgian courts may have jurisdiction subject to applicable law.
