1. What this policy covers
This policy describes the privacy approach for mobile apps published by Melyoratio, including Tally Counter and Tick & Reset Checklist (Daily Checklist, package com.melyoratio.dailychecklist). The localized names of the checklist app include दैनिक कार्यसूची (Hindi), روزانہ کی فہرست (Urdu), and দৈনিক কাজের তালিকা (Bangla).
The app-specific statements below describe the releases without advertisements. Later releases may have different practices only as described in an updated policy and the applicable Google Play disclosures.
2. Information collected and app operation
Tally Counter
For the Tally Counter first release, the app does not send counters, labels, or values to Melyoratio or another server. The app does not require an account, backend, cloud sync, or cloud storage for its core operation.
Tally Counter does not request microphone, camera, or location permission. The first release does not display advertisements and does not use Google AdMob.
Tick & Reset Checklist / Daily Checklist
The first release is a checklist app that works fully offline. It does not require an account, display advertisements, use analytics or tracking services, contain in-app purchases or subscriptions, or request Internet access.
The app does not send your checklist or other app data to Melyoratio or another service. Device-level backup is described separately in section 4.
3. Local storage and user-created content
Tally Counter can store counters, values, and labels locally on the device so the app can restore the user's work.
Tick & Reset Checklist stores checklist items and whether each item is checked on the device so the list can be restored when the app is reopened. Resetting checkmarks keeps the items and clears their checked state. Deleting an individual item removes it from the list; the app briefly offers an Undo action. “Clear all” removes all items after confirmation.
Users control the content they create. Users should not enter sensitive personal information into labels or other free-text fields unless they understand the risks of storing it on their device.
4. Android device backups
Your Android device or Google account may back up app data through Android's own backup features, depending on your device, account settings, and the app's backup configuration.
For Tick & Reset Checklist, device-level backup may include locally stored checklist data. Such backups are managed through Android and your account settings, not through a Melyoratio-operated backup service. Melyoratio does not receive those backups.
Removing data from the app does not necessarily remove copies already held in device-level backups. Use your device and backup-provider settings to manage those copies.
5. Advertising and third-party services
Tally Counter and Tick & Reset Checklist do not display advertisements or use Google AdMob in the releases without advertisements described above. No advertising consent flow is used in these releases because they contain no advertising service.
Future apps or later releases may use third-party services, including advertising, only when those services are actually added and the applicable privacy policy, Google Play Data Safety information, and consent choices are updated before use. This policy does not assert that a future advertising-supported release will have the same data practices as the current release without advertisements.
6. Retention, deletion, and rights
Local app data remains on the device until the user removes it through the app or normal Android app controls. In Tally Counter, users can remove counters. In Tick & Reset Checklist, users can delete individual items or clear the entire list.
Clearing an app's storage or uninstalling it removes its local app storage, subject to device behaviour and any separate backup copies. These apps do not require a server account to delete. Melyoratio does not operate a server copy of the checklist or counter data described here.
Users may contact Melyoratio with privacy questions or privacy rights requests. Requests will be handled according to applicable law and the actual data held. If you contact support, Melyoratio will receive the information you choose to include in your message; avoid sending unnecessary sensitive information.
7. Sharing and third parties
The releases described above do not send local counter or checklist data to Melyoratio or an advertising or analytics provider. They do not use a required account, cloud backend, or Melyoratio-operated cloud sync.
Android and account-level backup services are separate from these app-operated data practices, as explained in section 4. Future services will be documented accurately in the relevant release policy and Google Play information before use.

9. Changes
This policy will be updated when relevant storage, permissions, analytics, advertising, accounts, cloud services, or other data practices change. The “Last updated” date will reflect the published revision.
